Role Overview:
As an Audiology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives by helping clients reconnect with the sounds around them. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
- Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and assisting them in selecting solutions that align with their hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients through a compassionate and tailored approach, ensuring ongoing support and care.
- Staying updated on industry developments to provide clients with relevant hearing health information.
- Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
- Offering clinical insights for corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to foster a welcoming and efficient clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Certification & Licensing:
- Graduation from an accredited Audiology or Hearing Instrument Practitioner program.
- Current registration and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
- Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are welcome to apply.
Skills & Experience:
- Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional and ethical standards.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers.
- Understanding of insurance and coverage options for hearing services.

Compensation: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
