Position Overview:

As a Hearing Care Consultant, you play a vital role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the beauty of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their specific hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through personalized service and ongoing support.
  • Staying updated on industry innovations to provide clients with relevant hearing health education.
  • Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Certification & Licensing:

  • Graduation from an accredited Audiology or Hearing Instrument Practitioner program.
  • Active registration with the relevant regulatory body or provincial authority.
  • Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are welcome to apply.

Skills & Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers.
  • Understanding of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
