Position Overview:
As a Hearing Care Consultant, you play a vital role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the beauty of sound. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
- Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their specific hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients through personalized service and ongoing support.
- Staying updated on industry innovations to provide clients with relevant hearing health education.
- Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
- Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Certification & Licensing:
- Graduation from an accredited Audiology or Hearing Instrument Practitioner program.
- Active registration with the relevant regulatory body or provincial authority.
- Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are welcome to apply.
Skills & Experience:
- Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers.
- Understanding of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.

Salary Range: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
