Position Overview:

As a Hearing Care Consultant, you play a vital role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the beauty of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology, ensuring they find solutions that align with their hearing requirements and lifestyle.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized service, providing ongoing support and care.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in the industry to offer clients valuable insights into hearing health.
  • Promoting awareness of hearing health through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects; mentoring students and training new staff as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members to foster a welcoming and efficient clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Certification & Licensing:

  • Graduation from an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Active registration with the relevant regulatory body or provincial authority.
  • Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are welcome to apply.

Skills & Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Understanding of insurance and agency coverage related to hearing care services.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
