Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of our high-quality blinds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation: Determine the optimal layout and installation procedures for our blinds, taking into account the specific needs of each client.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English. This is a green job, involving duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
