About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind assembler to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality Venetian blinds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Area: Ensure a safe and organized workspace to facilitate efficient production.
  • Inspect and Identify Defects: Carefully examine manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Operate Fabrication Machinery: Safely operate machines to fabricate parts and products, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Assemble and Finish Products: Assemble parts and components to form final products, using hand tools to sand, trim, grind, or clean products into their final form.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Return Defective Products: Return defective products for repair or recycling, maintaining a focus on sustainability and waste reduction.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and manual dexterity. A safe and healthy work environment is ensured by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Language and Work Schedule
