Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in the installation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for our products.
  • Measurement and Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Tool Operation and Safety: Utilize hand and power tools, and erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Worksite Organization: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
