About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality blinds are installed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the optimal layout and installation procedures for our blinds, taking into account customer preferences and site-specific requirements.
  • Measurement and Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Tool Operation and Scaffolding: Utilize hand and power tools, and erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
