About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind assembler to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality window treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare the Work Area
  • Identify and mark defects for repair
  • Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications
  • Operate machinery to fabricate parts and products
  • Return defective products for repair or recycling
  • Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools
  • Assemble parts and components to form final products using various techniques
  • Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components
