Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Career HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks related to human resources management, assisting the HR Supervisor and other administrative units as needed, and providing support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative tasks related to human resources management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Assist the HR Supervisor and other administrative units as needed, providing support with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or other management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
