About the Role

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that support the business strategic priorities of our Credit Operations and Strategy group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop learning solutions to support credit risk management.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to improve training programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners and subject matter experts.
