Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Malton Sweets & Samosa Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available to meet production demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
