Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jagger, a leader in the bakery distribution industry with over 50 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently, working with internal teams to resolve any issues.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks and accounts with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
