Customer Care Representative
About Our Client
A leading builder developer with a strong history of delivering high-quality communities and condominiums in the Toronto Area. With over 25 years of experience, they have established themselves as one of the leading firms in residential construction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Customer Service Staff on active sites
* Monitor outstanding correspondence and review with on-site Customer Service Representatives
* Log and produce monthly status reports for all outstanding correspondence to ensure warranty deadlines are met
* Attend homeowner inspections with Service Reps when required
* Oversee and manage Conciliation Requests
* Monitor Service Technicians' schedules and workmanship
* Arrange and attend Customer Service meetings and other associated meetings
* Inspect homes on day of Occupancy to ensure product turnover meets standards
* Follow up with customers as required
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Construction Industry
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced construction environment
* Knowledge of Tarion Warranty guidelines is a must
* Ability to review warranty letters and make assessments to delegate accordingly
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Competitive Compensation Package
$75K plus Company Vehicle
