Property Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a Property Financial Analyst to become a vital part of their team. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for detail.

Your contributions will be measured by your capability to:
  • Draft funding requests and communications for both revenue-generating properties and development initiatives.
  • Perform cash flow reforecasting for both development and revenue-generating properties as required.
  • Generate income and equity distributions along with pertinent communications.
  • Calculate and reforecast quarterly fees.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly client reporting packages.
  • Initiate online wire transfers of income distributions to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with external auditors during annual audits, reviews, and other assurance requirements for client entities.
  • Engage with clients' accounting representatives regarding accounting policy decisions and applications.
  • Assist in preparing appraisals for revenue-generating and development assets.
  • Play a significant role in the preparation and review of annual budgets.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.
Your qualifications include:
  • Completion of an accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is an advantage.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team setting while also being capable of taking initiative and working independently.
  • Highly collaborative and self-driven.
  • Possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in property management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is an asset.
