Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise tour guides to ensure high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement tour schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of the tour guides, including providing information and assistance to guests.
  • Prepare and submit reports on tour operations and guest feedback.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks for tour guides.
  • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
