About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
