About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Staff Management
    • Train and develop staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
  • Operations
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people, and occasionally up to 3-4 people.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
