Job Title: Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at DPA Industries Inc. as a Business Development Representative. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement creative sales strategies that align with our company's vision and mission.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our editorial and marketing teams to deliver client solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in sales, cold-calling, and business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year.
  • Bonus and Commission: Uncapped bonus and commission potential.
  • Benefits: Company car, dental care, extended health care, and paid time off.

Language Requirement: French not required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
