About the Role

Fuzion Fitness is seeking a highly skilled Recreation Director to lead our sports and recreational programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services that meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement programs and services that align with the goals and objectives of Fuzion Fitness.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of programs and services.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and direct fundraising drives to ensure the financial sustainability of our programs.
  • Community Engagement: Recruit professional coaches and athletes, arrange for sponsorships from public and private organizations, and negotiate business contracts to support the growth and development of our programs.
  • Operational Management: Manage the daily operations of our sports and recreational organization, ensuring that all programs and services are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
