Fitness Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fitness Program Manager to join our team at Free Bird Health Club Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and lead a team of professional staff, program leaders, and instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness programs.
- Program Development and Administration
- Develop and implement new fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
- Coordinate and administer existing programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Research and Education
- Conduct research and prepare educational materials, such as articles and presentations, to promote healthy lifestyles and wellness.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate special events, workshops, and seminars that promote fitness and wellness.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Work Term
- Permanent position.
- Work Language
- English.
- Hours
- 35 hours per week.
