We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at Orion eSolutions Inc. as a key member of our software development team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
- Develop and implement software development methodologies and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in team leadership and technical project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills in software development, with expertise in programming languages, software development methodologies, and agile project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software products.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
