Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Human Resources Department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in researching, developing, and documenting business and functional requirements to support software development activities for our suite of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, customers, software architects, and third-party vendors, to analyze and develop software solutions.
  • Develop and document business requirements and functional requirements documents.
  • Generate project artifacts, including scope of work, data flows, transaction flows, workflows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Innovation Group to assign and prioritize projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written). French language is considered an asset.
