Account Manager Opportunity at Trane Technologies

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate budgeted sales and manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements for a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.
  • Ascertain market opportunities and market sales data.
  • Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
  • Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.

  • Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions.

Requirements:
  • Successful experience in business development and sales.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Current commercial or residential HVAC sales experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
