Account and Data Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Generate budgeted sales and manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
- Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements for a strong, profitable, and successful partnership.
- Ascertain market opportunities and market sales data.
- Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
- Daily territory travel required with some overnight travel.
- Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions.
- Uncapped sales commission plans that grow over time with a successful employee's growing pipeline.

- Defined contribution pension plan with a 3% basic company contribution.

- CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Current commercial or residential HVAC sales experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
