DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) en solutions ServiceNow passionné(e) et méticuleux(se), possédant une expertise en gestion des services informatiques (ITSM) et en gestion de portefeuille stratégique (ITBM). Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de suivre les exigences depuis l'idéation jusqu'à la mise en œuvre et l'opérationnalisation. Vous documenterez et gérerez la définition de la portée, en vous assurant que celle-ci couvre les solutions technologiques et commerciales fournies par les programmes et projets.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS INCLUERONT :

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir et analyser les besoins liés aux fonctionnalités ITSM et SPM.
  • Concevoir, configurer et mettre en œuvre des solutions sur la plateforme ServiceNow pour répondre aux exigences de l'entreprise.
  • Réaliser des tests et valider les solutions mises en place pour garantir leur précision et leur fonctionnalité.
  • Contribuer à la documentation des processus, procédures et meilleures pratiques en matière d'ITSM et SPM dans ServiceNow.
  • Participer aux sessions de formation et aux activités de transfert de connaissances pour les utilisateurs finaux et les membres de l'équipe.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances de l'industrie et des meilleures pratiques en ITSM et SPM pour proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Créer et maintenir la documentation relative aux configurations, processus et procédures de ServiceNow.
  • Rester à jour sur les versions de ServiceNow et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour favoriser l'amélioration continue.
  • Maîtriser les fonctionnalités de ServiceNow, telles que la gestion des incidents, des changements, des problèmes, le catalogue de services, le modèle CSDM et le reporting.

VOUS SEREZ UN CANDIDAT IDÉAL SI VOUS POSSÉDEZ :

  • Un diplôme en informatique, technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Des compétences analytiques solides pour recueillir et interpréter les besoins d'affaires.
  • Une capacité à concevoir et configurer des solutions dans ServiceNow, en respectant les meilleures pratiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour collaborer avec les parties prenantes et expliquer des concepts techniques.
  • Une aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, tout en gérant efficacement plusieurs priorités.
  • Une certification ServiceNow (par exemple, spécialiste certifié de la mise en œuvre) et une bonne connaissance du cadre ITIL sont des atouts.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires ou dans un rôle similaire, avec une solide compréhension des modules ITSM et SPM.
  • Une bonne compréhension des ressources informatiques et des principes de gestion de la configuration.
  • Des compétences en analyse de données et en documentation technique.
  • Des capacités de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
  • Une connaissance des protocoles réseau et des composants d'infrastructure est un plus.
  • Une expérience en gestion de projet et une bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile sont également des atouts.
  • Une orientation client forte.
