Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Manage computer and technology systems, including electronic cash registers and point of sale systems.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
