Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and charismatic Gaming Host Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our stadium gaming team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional entertainment experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests playing stadium games
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • Engage with guests to create a personalized experience and build loyalty
  • Use a live microphone to attract attention to the stadium game areas and entice guests to join in the fun
  • Celebrate wins with genuine enthusiasm and create a buzz around the games
  • Participate in special promotions and events, including working in costumes specific to the promotion or event
  • Inform the Slot Technical team of any issues with the functioning of the stadium game areas
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in the entertainment or gaming industry
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally while injecting enthusiasm into your audience
  • Experience using a live microphone to communicate and entertain in front of groups
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to watch and engage in conversation with multiple players in a live action environment
  • Strong ability to focus and adapt to new technology
  • Ability to sustain high levels of energy individually and cascading into the crowd in real time
  • Comfortable and able to easily adapt to new technology
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the relevant regulatory body
Work Environment:

This role requires a flexible schedule that adapts to the business needs of a 24-hour operation, including evening and weekend shifts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
