Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly energetic and charismatic Gaming Host Supervisor to join our team at Pickering Casino Resort. As a key member of our Table Games department, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional gaming experience for our patrons, building loyalty, and maximizing service in the Stadium & Hybrid Games area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests playing Stadium & Hybrid Games
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests
  • Engage with guests, create loyalty, and provide personalized experiences
  • Improvise and provide entertainment value to guests
  • Use a live microphone to attract attention to the Stadium & Hybrid Game areas
  • Build excitement, celebrate wins, and participate in special promotions
  • Inform the Slot Technical team of any issues with the functioning of the Stadium & Hybrid Game areas

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in the entertainment or gaming industry
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, injecting enthusiasm into your audience
  • Experience using a live microphone to communicate and entertain groups
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to watch and engage in conversation with multiple players
  • Strong ability to focus and adapt to new technology
  • Ability to sustain high levels of energy and work under pressure
  • Comfortable dressing in costumes for promotions
  • Standing for extended periods and moving with flair

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exposure to some conflict, distress, and noise
  • Standing for extended periods and non-traditional work hours
