Respond to incoming customer inquiries, engaging with clients in a courteous and professional manner while attentively addressing their concerns. Accurately record and update customer information in the database. Provide assistance and solutions to customers in line with the company's service policies. Collaborate with relevant teams to stay informed about new products, services, and policies. Perform additional tasks as required.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least 1 year of experience in customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is considered an asset. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple screens and tabs. Friendly, patient, empathetic, reliable, and self-driven. High capacity to communicate effectively and professionally with clients over the phone, accurately input information into company software, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week between 6:00 am and 11:30 pm, including occasional weekends. Currently hiring for both Monday-Friday and Saturday-Wednesday schedules.Autolux Ltd. With a workforce of over 300 employees, our main office is located in Ontario.
