Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by providing expert guidance on HR programs and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Program Management: Develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and select top talent to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain HR systems and processes that support the company's HR functions, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or certificate in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing and/or automotive environment.
  • Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office products, ATS, and HRIS systems; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
