Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Oneness Insurance Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, including benefit programs and collective agreements
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Work Environment

The Human Resources Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with a permanent work term and 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
