Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and labour disputes
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform human resources decisions
  • Administer employee benefits, employment equity, and other human resources programs
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Supervise and train staff as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
