Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

At MindTide Software Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our human resources function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and development of senior staff
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support human resources initiatives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior human resources role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
