Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand existing relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Customer Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to make presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty license (preferred) and LLQP license.
