We are a successful Desjardins Insurance Agent seeking a committed individual to become a part of our team as a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist. We are looking for someone who is driven to foster business development through impactful interactions and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an OTL license
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Develop leads to establish a commercial client portfolio
  • Have experience in sales, including cold outreach and both in-person and remote sales
  • Demonstrate a proven history of meeting sales objectives
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Provide assistance to current clients

This position is with an independent contractor agent affiliated with the exclusive Desjardins Agent network, and all employment decisions are made by the agent.
