Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Canada Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, operate the telephone system, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, provide basic bookkeeping tasks, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Team Support: Coordinate activities with the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Word processing software, and electronic mail.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
