Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Canada Inc. in a permanent role.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and manage calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
