Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Sales Coordinator to assist our sales department. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to handle administrative responsibilities, support account management, facilitate business growth, and maintain systems, ensuring peak team efficiency and organizational advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales tools and databases
- Assist with the management of National Accounts and their implementations
- Help with the addition of price lists and oversee customer portals
- Coordinate submissions for RFPs and serve as a resource for the sales team
- Generate sales and volume reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications: A college degree in administration or relevant experience; Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
Skills Required: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, strong communication skills, capacity to multitask, keen attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
