Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 9363-4459 Quebec Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff and management team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, management team, and external partners, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Screening Questions: Answer the following questions to help us understand your qualifications and fit for the role:
    • Are you available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings?
    • Are you able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines?
    • Do you have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry?
    • Are you proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook?
