The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our head office. This dynamic role involves managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating team activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of the head office, ensuring its proper functioning and efficiency.
  • Coordinate team meetings, business dinners, and corporate events in our conference rooms and employee room.
  • Provide administrative support to various head office teams as needed.
  • Manage administrative expenses related to office space, equipment, supplies, parking, maintenance, and security needs.
  • Handle administrative follow-up of various projects and committees.
  • Act as the main liaison with building management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the building.
  • Participate in the OHS committee.
  • Lead the social committee.
  • Office Operations: Ensure timely completion of tasks, coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security policies.

Requirements:

  • DEC or a certificate in office administration or relevant experience.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Resourceful and works well within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility and excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
