We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Worker to join our team at RTJ Landscaping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including landscaping constructions, plant care, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Tie and secure plants, and remove litter and garbage
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals as needed
  • Remove weeds and debris from gardens and lawns
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. You will also be required to work at heights and lift heavy loads.
