About the Role

At Chop Steakhouse & Bar, we're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our leadership team as a Culinary Team Lead. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Execution: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Shift Leadership: Lead kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting growth and development among kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or bar, with a strong background in culinary production.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and customers.
