CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a skilled Litigation Support Specialist to provide essential technical and analytical support within the realm of litigation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting the United States Attorney's Office with various litigation support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with designated personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administer litigation support systems, encompassing testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and maintenance of essential resources for data, voice, and video communication.
  • Guarantee the availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency of systems.
  • Install and modify litigation support hardware and software as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability issues.
  • Manage and oversee the inventory of litigation support equipment.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data through the implementation of robust security programs and policies.
  • Educate users on security policies and procedures to promote awareness and adherence.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring effective hardware and software maintenance.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Ability to successfully complete a stringent background investigation and obtain necessary security clearance.
  • Experience with litigation support principles, methods, and practices.
  • Familiarity with litigation support systems development concepts.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and quality assurance principles.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation methods and systems security procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with litigation support databases, including IPRO Eclipse and Relativity.
  • Familiarity with discovery processing tools such as Law Pre-Discovery and Nuix systems.
  • Understanding of quality control measures for compliance with electronic information specifications.
