About the Role

Rapid Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business needs.

Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
