Job Title: Hotel Front Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Office Clerk to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Office Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a accurate and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
