Job Title: Hotel Front Office Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Office Associate to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process guest payments, balance cash, and complete financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of rooms, reservations, and guest information
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
