Job Summary:

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our Human Resources Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the allocation of HR department resources and ensuring that each team and resource is utilized to its full capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update department vacation requests, adhering to team-level and function-level holiday caps.
  • Maintain accurate data, including sickness records and accompanying documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and regularly audit data for accuracy through our CRM System, Salesforce, and other systems as needed.
  • Liaise closely with services team managers to ensure that they are utilizing resources to benefit the growth of the business.
  • Forge strong relationships across the Service departments to ensure clear lines of communication.
  • Work within SLAs in terms of call handling times and quality standards.
  • Ensure shifts are covered for out-of-hours service.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
