About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Pursuit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading pursuits from initiation through qualifications, proposal, interview, and selection phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large pursuit teams and high-pressure deadlines with diligence.
  • Understand the required experience, knowledge, and project types required of the program.
  • Work directly with project managers, marketers, and business developers to coordinate with subconsultants and subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate content, both technical and non-technical, and edit proposal sections.
  • Gather information on past project experience and develop personnel resumes.
  • Conduct market sector research, identifying trends, growth areas, market changes, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

The expected compensation range for this position is $49,290.00 to $70,290.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
