Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Autovilla Car Sales Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and managing stockroom operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales staff and other team members
  • Manage payroll administration and oversee payroll processes
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
