Engineering Project Supervisor

Waiward Industrial is seeking a dedicated professional to join our engineering team. As a prominent provider of construction and maintenance services, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The Engineering Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the engineering division, ensuring that design outputs for fabrication and erection plans are delivered efficiently. Key responsibilities include establishing engineering benchmarks, optimizing design workflows, and providing assistance to various teams and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Certification as a Welding Engineer approved by CWA (preferred)
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and Tekla Structures

This role is primarily office-based, with occasional site evaluations. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
