Position Overview

As a key member of our team at Associated Engineering, you will play a vital role in managing municipal infrastructure projects. Your expertise will guide the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance community infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project design and implementation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead project teams in the preparation of proposals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Utilize your extensive experience to mentor junior staff and promote best practices in project management.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or as a certified technologist with ASET.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design and project management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Motivated to pursue career growth and development.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Canada.
